Privacy Statement
All information you make available to us is strictly confidential and will be used only by  RMS to process your order and provide customer service.
Payment
Minimum order is $25.00. All prices are subject to change. All orders must be prepaid, COD, or charged to Mastercard or Visa. Checks and money orders are accepted. A $20.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks. U.S. funds only.

COD - UPS or US Mail add $8.50. Available in the U.S. only.

COD Returns
You must be prepared to accept and pay for all COD parcels. If it is returned, you will owe the shipping charges and they will be added to your next order. We will no longer offer you COD service. All future orders will be prepaid.

Accounts
10 day open accounts are available subject to approval of our credit application.
30 day extended credit is available to institutions providing purchase orders.

A finance charge of 1.75% per month (annual 21%) will be applied to all past due accounts.

Shipping Charges
We bill according to the true weight of your package at the time it is shipped. Shipping estimates are based on a percentage of the purchase price of your order. Add the dollar amount or percentage of the Subtotal on your order form. We will refund any overage and charge you for any difference in the actual amount calculated by weight & insurance plus $3.00 handling.

• Less than $500 add.......4.0% 
• Over $500 add..............3.5%

Sales Tax
Arizona residents without a Sales Tax License and goods purchased not for resale pay 8.55% sales tax. 

Returned Merchandise
All returns must be authorized. Returned merchandise must be in like new condition and will be subject to a 10% restocking charge. (Unless it is our error.) 

Quantity Purchases
Quantity buyers of niobium and titanium mill products have three choices for special discounted pricing. Each is designed to improve your buying power as your business grows. Findings and finished goods are not included.

Blanket Accounts
A one year account is set up with a simple contract between the purchaser and RMS. The purchaser agrees to buy a specified dollar amount of the reactive metals. The discount applies to mill products including niobium sheet, wire, rod and titanium sheet, wire and rod purchased during the specified period. Excellent credit history and references are required.RMS will invoice the purchaser for unwarranted discounts if the agreement is terminated early or not fulfilled by the end of the contract period. Actual shipping plus appropriate handling charges on all discounted orders.

• $2500+ Less15% Discount = $2000 Blanket
• $4000+ Less25% Discount = $3000 Blanket
• $5715+ Less30% Discount = $4000 Blanket

Bulk Orders
Best buy! Bulk pricing applies to niobium and titanium sheet, wire and rod only. Minimum order per line item varies with dimension. Delivery times will vary and can be many weeks. Deposits required. Actual shipping plus appropriate handling charged on all bulk orders. Call for a quote. 

World Wide (Canada see below.)
Billing for shipments leaving the U.S. continues to be confusing. What works best is either Master Card or Visa. This quickly solves the problems of exchange rates and exact shipping charges. A credit card guarantees the immediate shipment of your order. We do not charge until we ship. We have worldwide service available via mail and UPS. We prefer UPS Red or Blue because it is fast, safe and easy to trace. Air Parcel Post cannot be traced for 12 weeks. Please advise us of your preference. Shipping charges will be based on the type of service, weight and insurance, plus $2.00 handling & $4.00 processing. 

Canada    Sorry..... No COD!
The shipping choices to Canada are even broader. We have regular mail, Express mail, UPS ground, Blue and Red. Costs vary with how fast you want delivery and depends on the final weight of the shipment. It is best to charge your order to Master Card or Visa. Shipping charges will be based on the type of service you select, weight and insurance, plus $2.00 handling & $4.00 processing.
