Instructions: Current Limiter Installation

This easy to install Current Limiter (CL) will provide three levels or speeds of operation for the Mini Anodizer: High, Medium and Low. Please read all of the instructions before starting the installation.
1. Unplug the MINI from the 115 volt outlet.

2. Clean the left side of the case (without the power cord) with glass cleaner or alcohol.

3. Orientate the CL so that the three outlets face the front and the input jack runs out the bottom back.

4. Unplug the red Anode lead from the back of the MINI. Replace it with the new red lead from the CL.
5. Take a moment to look at where you want to mount the CL on the left side of the Mini. It should mount centered between the four screws as shown in diagram #1. Remove the protective paper from the mounting tape on the CL. Carefully (no second chances here) press the CL firmly into position.

6. Plug the red Anode lead wire into any of the three outlets on the CL. The top is High or fast, the center is Medium and the bottom is LOW or slow. That's it!
The top jack or high will be used most often for fast bath anodizing and painting with sponges and other large applicators. Slowing the process down with the medium output allows for very subtle control of the colors. Low should only be used with small brushs and applicators. The low setting will be excruciatingly slow when bath anodizing and may cause excessive heat built up.
